Job summary

Co-op Group in Macclesfield is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations, lead a small team on shift, and ensure excellent service on the shop floor, tills, bakery, and potentially post office or online services.

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
