Job summary

Co-op Group in Salford is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll be involved in stock, merchandising, and community engagement, with a focus on Co-op membership growth.

Location: Ellenbrook Centre Morston Close, Salford, M28 1PB

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am opening), afternoons, late evenings (11.15pm closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
