Job summary

Warrington Disability Partnership is recruiting a Female Personal Assistant to support a 16-year-old girl who has a rare genetic condition called HNRNPH2. The role is based at home in Lymm and focuses on enabling access to social and leisure activities within the community, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

The successful applicant will be caring, reliable and patient, with experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities and additional needs.

A driver with access to a vehicle is preferred for this role.
