The Job People are recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth to join a well-established logistics company. You will work full-time, with 37.5 hours per week and the possibility of a permanent contract.

Previous RF scanner and paper picking experience is advantageous, and the role involves heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift. Applicants must be able to read and understand English and be able to work the listed shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding English is required.
• Experience with order picking is advantageous.
• Strong physical fitness for heavy lifting and sustained shift work.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing work of 37.5 hours per week.
• Heavy lifting and loading/unloading duties.
• Order picking using RF scanners and paper picking.
