Micronclean is seeking an Experienced Process Engineer to lead process engineering at its Louth and Skegness sites. You will bridge Production, Engineering and R&D, driving efficient manufacturing for new products and improvements to existing processes.
You will own the function, source equipment, and apply data-driven problem solving with initiative to push the department forward.
LOCATION: Working at Skegness and Louth Sites (based at one)
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm or 8.00am - 4.00pm
You will be a bridge between Production, Engineering and Research and Development teams, ensuring that processes for manufacturing and new products are both efficient and reliable. This will be a blend of project management, technical expertise, and customer-centric thinking. You will need to be both strategic and hands‑on, managing various aspects of product development and manufacturing processes. You will have the vision to improve and develop new systems and the skill set to implement modifications in-house.
Experienced Engineer who has practical knowledge in a manufacturing or a production environment who will take ownership of the process engineering function at the Louth and Skegness sites, and able to establish how best to improve its automation capabilities. Manufacture a new product and research and source new processing equipment as required by the business. You will have a data driven approach to problem solving and continuous improvement and be able to work using your own initiative, with a proactive attitude helping to drive the department forward.
