Vibe Recruit is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician in Louth to join a busy, established automotive service team. This permanent role offers manufacturer training, excellent earning potential and clear opportunities for career progression.

You will service, repair and diagnose vehicles to a high standard, perform road tests after repairs, and maintain thorough service records. A full UK driving licence and solid diagnostic skills are essential for success.

The Role

As a

Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are completed safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Road testing vehicles following repairs
• Stripping down and reconditioning major vehicle components
• Completing accurate repair and service records
• Carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs
• Working efficiently as part of a busy workshop team
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and workmanship

About You

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

• Experience within either a franchised dealership or independent garage will be considered.
