Job summary

NW Recruitment Services Ltd are seeking an experienced FLT Driver on a temporary basis for a site in the PR3 area. Role requires operating either Sideloader or Counterbalance FLT, loading/unloading, moving materials and supporting yard operations.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a temporary contract running through 16th October 2026. Immediate start for suitable candidates with recent FLT experience.

• Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to work as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Sideloader or Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move materials around the site.
• Safely position and store stock and materials as required.
• Support general yard and warehouse operations when required.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures and maintain safe working practices.
• Carry out daily checks of the FLT and report issues or defects.
• Work as part of a team to ensure materials move efficiently and the site operates smoothly.

NW Recruitment Services Ltd are exclusively working on behalf of an established business in the PR3 area who are looking for an experienced FLT Driver to join their team on a temporary basis.

We are looking for candidates with experience operating either a Sideloader FLT or Counterbalance FLT. This is a hands‑on role within a busy working environment, so candidates should be comfortable working safely and efficiently while handling materials and supporting the wider operation.

The role

• Operating either Sideloader or Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around the site.
• Safely positioning and storing stock and materials as required.
• Supporting general yard and warehouse operations when required.
• Following all site health and safety procedures and maintaining safe working practices.
• Carrying out daily checks of the FLT and reporting any issues or defects.
• Working as part of a team to ensure materials are moved efficiently and the site operates smoothly.

Working hours & pay

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The temporary assignment is expected to run through to 16th October 2026, inclusive.
