Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative in Mansfield Woodhouse. The role is a temp-to-perm position based in Mansfield NG18. Shifts run 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, Mon-Fri with weekly rotation and no weekend work.

Pay is £13.63 per hour with overtime at £20.45 per hour; full induction and training provided. Responsibilities include moving goods, wrapping to specs, stocking, documentation checks, packaging supply, stock takes and pump truck operation in a

• Current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license required.
• At least 12 months FLT driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods from Production to Warehouse storage.
• Wrap finished goods to customer specifications and report defects.
• Store finished goods in identified lanes; ensure correct documentation.
• Supply Production with packaging materials and remove sub-standard items.
• Carry out twice-weekly packaging stock takes.
• Operate pump truck and perform general warehouse duties.

Job description

We are recruiting for FLT Drivers with a Counterbalance FLT License to join this global manufacturing company on a temp to perm basis based in Mansfield NG18 area.

Hours & Shifts: 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm/ 10pm-6am - Monday to Friday rotating on weekly basis - No Weekend Working!

Pay Rate: £13.63 per hour + overtime after 40 hours @ £20.45 per hour

As FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative you will be working in a clean, bright and modern factory environment undertaking any of the following duties:

• Transport finished goods from the Production area for storage in the Warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all finished goods entering the Warehouse are wrapped to the customers' specification and report any defects to Supervision.
• Store finished goods in the correctly identified lanes.
• Check that finished goods are loaded to the correct specified documentation.
• Supply the Production Department with the correct packaging at all times removing sub-standard material.
• Carry out an accurate, twice weekly, packaging stock take
• This role also involves handling the pump truck and general warehouse duties

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

• Current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license
• At least 12 months FLT driving experience
• Previous experience working in a busy warehouse and production environment
