Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Member - Home Delivery Driver in Llanrwst. You will deliver customers’ shopping to their doors on a 16 hour-per-week part-time contract, with regular overtime. A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years is required.
The role combines home delivery with in-store duties, including picking/packing, serving at the till, and helping with daily tasks. Overtime and weekend shifts are expected.

Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, 6 month temporary contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

As a Home Delivery Driver, you’ll be part of a friendly team, delivering customers’ shopping straight to their doors and helping make their day a little easier. You’ll also support in-store activities when you’re not on the road, helping to pick and pack orders and keep things running smoothly. Whatever the day brings, you’ll take pride in providing a reliable, great service to every customer.
This role involves delivering shopping to customers’ homes, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and to have been driving for at least 3 years.
You’ll make sure every order is delivered with care and on time, giving customers a great experience they can rely on. You’ll be a friendly face in your community, building relationships with customers and representing Co‑op out on the road. Plus, you’ll promote Co‑op membership, helping more customers enjoy the benefits we offer.
