Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate multi supplier technical delivery across a complex CRM and integration landscape within a high-profile digital environment.

You will ensure solutions meet scope, quality and timelines, provide governance, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain alignment with programme objectives, with deep Salesforce and enterprise integration experience guiding architectural decisions and RAID

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager in multi-supplier environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent understanding of APIs, middleware, and delivery lifecycles.
• Demonstrable experience managing technical risks, issues, dependencies and delivering structured RAID reporting.
• Ability to lead technical teams through complex delivery challenges, maintaining momentum and ensuring high quality outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or cloud based application environments.
• Delivery qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MSP or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day to day technical delivery activities across multiple suppliers, ensuring alignment and effective progress.
• Chair daily stand ups, planning sessions and delivery checkpoints to manage priorities, dependencies and resource focus.
• Drive collaboration across supplier teams, resolving delivery blockers, design challenges and cross supplier dependencies.
• Own and manage technical delivery RAID items, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented and reported to programme leadership.
• Ensure end to end solution architecture, application design and integration approaches are coherent, complete and fit for purpose.
• Review supplier delivery plans, technical designs and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
• Oversee delivery of CRM enhancements, application changes and integration capabilities across APIs, data flows and interfaces.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, testing coordination and transition into operational support teams.

You will ensure solutions are delivered to agreed scope, quality and timelines, while providing governance, resolving delivery challenges, and maintaining alignment with programme objectives. The role requires deep experience in Salesforce, CRM technologies, and enterprise system integrations.

You Will Need (Essential Requirements)

• Excellent understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, middleware and solution delivery lifecycles.
• Demonstrable experience managing technical risks, issues, dependencies and delivering structured RAID reporting.
• Ability to lead technical teams through complex delivery challenges, maintaining momentum and ensuring high quality outcomes.
