Maitri Liverpool Limited is recruiting for an IT Operations role based in Liverpool. The position is permanent with hybrid working patterns (4 days remote) and full-time hours.

The role focuses on monitoring and supporting the company’s software platform and technical infrastructure to sustain day-to-day operations and growth. You will engage with customers and prospective clients, assist with onboarding and subscriptions, and coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues

Job description

Small healthcare organisation looking for IT to support the day-to-day technical operation and continued growth of our software platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the application’s technical infrastructure, ensuring servers and associated systems remain operational, identifying and investigating system errors, carrying out routine troubleshooting, and liaising with the development team where more complex technical issues require resolution.

The role will also support the commercial expansion in the UK and Indian markets. This will include liaising with prospective business customers, demonstrating the platform, assisting organisations with onboarding and subscriptions, and travelling within the UK to meet prospective clients.
