Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Night Team Supervisor for our Radisson Blu Hotel, Liverpool. You’ll keep the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps, welcoming late-arriving guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a calm, friendly atmosphere at night.

You’ll handle night audits, end-of-day reports, stay vigilant on safety, coordinate with the early morning team, and respond to guest needs with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Natural night owl comfortable with late hours.
• Friendly and welcoming, with service-oriented approach.
• Good with numbers and detail-oriented for nightly audits.
• Reliable and calm under pressure.
• Team player who can work independently.
• High energy and adaptability for night shifts.

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised.
• Be the go-to for guest requests during the night, including room service or additional pillows.
• Keep lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for the next day.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks.
• Coordinate with the early morning team for a seamless shift handover.
