Job summary

Bright Beginnings in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team, working 42.5 hours per week between 7:30am and 6:00pm. You will support development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 through play-based learning.

The role requires an Early Childhood Education qualification, experience in a nursery setting, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with staff to create a safe, nurturing environment and build positive relationships with families.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with children and parents.
