Custom Links Care is seeking a compassionate Children’s Outreach Support Worker to join our Lewisham team and surrounding areas. You will provide individualised support to children and young people aged 0–18, helping them feel safe, included and encouraged to reach their goals.

No previous experience is necessary as full training and ongoing development are provided. We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, weekly pay and a supportive team to help you grow in this role.

Custom Links Care is looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Children’s Support Workers to join our Children’s Outreach Services team in Lewisham and the surrounding areas.

We support children and young people aged 0–18 with a range of needs, including emotional and behavioural support, helping them with everyday routines, education and community activities. We work to build positive relationships with the children and their families, helping them feel supported, encouraged and empowered.

No previous experience is necessary – just a genuine desire to make a positive difference. Full training and ongoing development are provided.

About the role

As a Children’s Support Worker, you will provide individualised support to children and young people in their daily lives, helping them feel safe, included and encouraged to achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
