Job description

An exciting new opportunity has become available to join a charity foundation. Their sporting programmes reach over 6,500 young people in London each week – and in the next few months, they’re starting a new Community in Leicester.

We are looking for a professional candidate who has already cut their teeth in the corporate world, in or around Leicester and the East Midlands area. You will come from a background in professional services, consulting, finance, law, tech, FMCG and have graduated within the last 5 years from a top university.

It may be you have never considered the charity sector before and been solely focused on the corporate world.

You will be looking for the chance to take real responsibility at a fast-growing

organisation with a serious mission.

In this role you will play a central role in making the foundation a real and

recognised presence supporting young people in the city.

Working within the foundations established programme frameworks and with

close support from the London team, your focus in the early stages of the role will

be on building the relationships, partnerships, and day-to-day operational

foundations that drive the success of their new Leicester Community.

You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the programme, coordinate scheduling,

resources, records, and communications with participants, and ensure that every

session runs smoothly and to a consistently high standard.

You will visit the London on a regular basis and be supported by an amazing team.
