CS UK Recruitment Ltd is helping an established healthcare provider recruit a Home Manager for a leading nursing home in Ledbury, Herefordshire. The role requires an experienced manager with a valid NMC Pin and a proven track record in nursing home leadership.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance (CQC/NMC), drive occupancy and care quality, and lead a dedicated team. Permanent full-time, 37.5 hours per week, salary £63,000–£65,000 with generous benefits.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an exceptional nursing home based in the Ledbury, Herefordshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This is beautiful nursing home delivers comprehensive, round-the-clock medical and personal support tailored to individuals with diverse and changing needs

To be considered for this position you must hold a valid NMC Pin and experience in managing a nursing home

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
• Become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users
• Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
• Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
• Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Be a good role model for all employees
• Being approachable and providing a regular presence and visibility with all levels of employees as well as being consistent in all actions and decisions
• Experience of Managing a service of a similar size and client group
• Lead and Develop your team to delivery high quality care

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £63,000 - £65,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
