Job summary

Randstad Education is urgently hiring a SEND Teacher to deliver highly differentiated teaching to pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions and ASC/SEND needs. You will tailor lessons up to GCSE level and support student independence in a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities include leading a subject area, planning, and collaborating on EHC plans, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and family communication. Valid DBS and UK right to work required; driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• QTS (or equivalent with PGCE) plus proven experience teaching ASC/SEND pupils.
• Deep understanding of autism, safeguarding procedures, and teaching up to GCSE level.
• Enhanced DBS check and UK right to work (no sponsorship available).
