Job summary

Omega Elifar Ltd in Lane End, England, is recruiting enthusiastic support staff to care for adults with autism and/or learning disabilities. This full-time role is day shifts, 42 hours per week, with driving preferred but not essential. We offer opportunities to gain NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and a range of benefits up to £13.50 per hour.

You will help residents with daily living, encourage independence, and support social and leisure activities in a person-centred environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic support staff to join our team providing person-centred services, encouraging self-help and independence and supporting social and leisure activities for the people we support.

We have vacancies for full time day shifts, 42 hours a week.

Driver preferred, but not essential.

In the same way that you support the adults, we will support you too. NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care would be an advantage but not a requirement, and we offer the opportunity to gain this national recognised qualification.
