Ignition Driver Recruitment are recruiting reliable 7.5 Tonne Drivers for shifts in Kirkliston. The role includes delivering alcohol to stores and hospitality venues, handball and pallet collections, loading and unloading parcels, and completing route paperwork with daily vehicle checks.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, at least 12 months driving in a 7.5t vehicle, DCPC and Digi-tacho cards. Applications from UK residents only supported by shifts starting promptly.

• UK driving licence and at least 12 months commercial driving experience in a 7.5 tonne vehicle
• Valid UK DCPC card and Digi-tacho card
• No DD, TT, DR, CD, or IN endorsements on licence
• Knowledge of Working Time Directive and ability to manage driving hours

Responsabilidades

• Drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle to deliver alcohol to stores and hospitality venues
• Carry out collections (handball and pallet) and cage work
• Load and unload parcels
• Complete standard route paperwork and pre/post route vehicle checks

Employment: PAYE & Limited companies accepted

Pay Rate: £15 per hour

Shifts: Various shifts available - Monday to Friday: 06:00 start

Experience: 6 months commercial driving = preferred

HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver - The role & responsibilities:

- Driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle

- Delivering alcohol to stores and hospitality venues

- Collections (handball and pallet)

- Cage Work

- Loading + unloading parcels

- Standard route paperwork

- Pre & post route vehicle checks

About you:

You will have your full UK Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience in commercial driving in a 7.5 tonne vehicle. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional driver, you will have a good knowledge of the Working Time Directive and be able to manage your hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
