Job summary

New Appointments Group Ltd is recruiting a Production Operative for a busy Lympne-based manufacturing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role is hands-on, physical and training will be provided to develop skills across the production process.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a £12.71 per hour pay rate and good opportunities for permanency. We value reliability, strong work ethic and a careful approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Comfortable undertaking physical work and manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely around machinery.
• A good eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training is provided.
• The role involves manual handling of large materials, with team lifting required where appropriate.
• Full training provided.
• The opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Contract: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate
