Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for a Class 2 driver to support drainage work in Kings Langley. This is a permanent on-site role with immediate start and full-time hours.

You will drive a Class 2 vehicle, assist gully operatives with drainage unblocking, and log jobs on a tablet. Shifts run Monday to Friday with varying start times; training provided on site.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 license.
• Experience with driving and operating in drainage services is preferred.
• Willing to work shifts and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Drive class 2 vehicle to support drainage operations.
• Assist gully operative with machinery to unblock drains.
• Log jobs on tablet and report issues.

Job description

We are currently recruiting New/Experienced reliable Class 2 drivers to support our client in Kings Langley who specializes in commercial and domestic drainage services. This is a permanent role for the successful candidate with immediate start and training will be provided on site.

HGV Class 2 Driver Main duties and requirements are:

• Driving vechile with gully operative and stopping at drains to allow operative to unblock
• May need to support gully operative with machinery to unblock drains
• Operating tablet to log jobs and flag any issues

HGV Class 2 Driver Shifts:

• Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 16:00
• Monday to Friday - 16:00 - 02:00

HGV Class 2 Driver Hourly pay Rates:

• AM Rates - £14.42 per hour
• Overtime M-F AM shift after 9 hours - £16.48 per hour
• PM Rates - £17.51 per hour
• Overtime M-F PM shift after 9 hours - £18.02 per hour
