Autism Plus in Hull is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager, overseeing learning and development and promoting wellbeing for adults with autism and other needs.
You will work under CQC standards and Autism Plus policies, leading a team, managing budgets and rosters, and ensuring a person-centred service that aligns with the charity’s mission.
