Greenway Primary School in Horsham is seeking a caring SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team for 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This fixed-term role runs until 31 August 2027 and supports children with special educational needs and disabilities to access learning.

What we are looking for Good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Ability to support learning activities, clarify instructions, and engage children effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records. Good communication skills, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Flexible, calm under pressure, and passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives. Experience working with children with significant or complex needs is desireable.
