Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is recruiting a Quality Coordinator for a growing manufacturing business renowned for quality and customer satisfaction. You will work with production and technical teams to ensure food safety, compliance, and quality standards across the site.

The role involves supporting the Technical Manager, maintaining documentation, and coordinating training records while investigating complaints and non-conformances. A hands-on, impact-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing organisation, in a Quality capacity.
• Ideally previous experience within Food Manufacturing.
• Knowledge/Familiarity with BRCGS food standards.
• Qualification within Food safety or food technology - Desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Manager with day-to-day quality and food safety activities.
• Maintain and update quality and operational documentation.
• Coordinate food safety and quality training records.
• Log and investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformances.
• Review audit findings and track corrective actions.
• Respond to food safety and quality-related issues.
• Attend HACCP meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and issue rework instructions.
• Support continuous improvement across quality and technical processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, customer and legal standards.
