Join our Occupational Therapy team and take a leading role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation to patients with a range of complex and multiple conditions.
As Occupational Therapy Team Lead, you will work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team on a general rehabilitation ward, providing highly specialised assessment, treatment and expert clinical advice. You will support patients to maximise their independence, achieve their rehabilitation goals and make progress towards the best possible outcomes.
You will also work closely with the OT Lead to develop the service and strengthen integrated working with health and social care partners.
This is an opportunity to use your specialist clinical expertise, support the development of colleagues and contribute to the delivery of evidence-based, person-centred care across Hertfordshire.
You will provide a specialist occupational therapy resource for colleagues across the service, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support high standards of practice.
