To provide a comprehensive receptionist/team administrative support service to the Older Adults Team East. To operate within the Division’s/Team’s systems and act as part of a wider administration team.


The post holder will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative and receptionist duties, which includesthe receipt ofall correspondence,including referrals,ensuring the appropriate action istaken.Processingof letters, reports, case summariesandother correspondenceas required by the MDT/clinical team.


To serve as the focal point of contact for the Older Adults Team, coordinating the distribution of information, managing enquiries, and relaying messages accurately and efficiently. The post holder will also provide reception cover, acting as the first point of contact for patients, carers, visitors and healthcare professionals.


Toprovidecrosscoverandsupporttootherteamsintheeventofabsenceplannedorotherwise.


Liaising with multi-disciplinary team members, other health professionals and staff within the trust,GP’s, Social workers, Service users, Carers and other appropriate agencies.
