Job summary

Lynnefield Care Home in Wales is seeking kind, compassionate and attentive people to join our dedicated team. The role offers flexible working patterns and opportunities to attend training and develop CPD, with shifts rotated in advance for planning.

You will be supporting residents with personal care, social and well-being needs. Depending on shift, responsibilities may include medication administration, light food preparation, cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe, clean home environment.

We are looking for kind compassionate and attentive people to join our wonderful team caring for the individuals who live at Lynnefield Care Home.

Being part of our team provides the ideal flexible working pattern, with an opportunity to attend training and develop your CPD.

The shifts are rotated in advance to allow time for planning etc.

This opportunity involves working within a friendly, dedicated team with the opportunity to undertake additional training such as Dementia Champions and QCF in Health and Social Care.

Requirements of the role are to support all personal care, social and well-being and support a healthy and positive home life and workplace.

Additionally, depending on shift the role may include safe administration of medication, light food preparation, cleaning and laundry duties to ensure a safe and clean home environment, and similar supportive duties.

Each new member would be mentored by one of our Deputy Manager in addition to shadowing and induction periods.
