• Experience training kitchen staff and leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive targets with the team and maintain excellent service standards.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Oversee that the team follows the branded menu consistently.
