Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll inspire the team, prepare products, and keep displays stocked while maintaining a clean and welcoming shop environment.

You will oversee operations across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, with competitive weekly pay and many staff benefits. Previous supervisory experience in customer-facing roles is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead by example and drive high standards of service.
• Ability to manage shop operations during a Manager's absence.

Salary: £14.20 per hour which includes a 40p per hour band increment.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You\'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
