Calderdale Homecare Ltd in Middleton is seeking caring Care Assistants with their own transport for full-time, part-time or weekend shifts. An employee-owned social enterprise, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding homecare.

You will support clients with daily living, promote independence, and maintain dignity in their own homes. We offer flexible hours, paid DBS, pension, generous holiday allowance, and a uniform plus ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Care Assistant must be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends.
• Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care.
• Respect for people with a range of medical conditions and beliefs; non-discriminatory care.
• Excellent reliability.
• Ability to support people with daily living while respecting dignity and privacy.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and maintain records.

Requirements for the Care Assistant.

• Care Assistant must be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends. We are also looking for weekend only workers to join us.

• Respect for people suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own. Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice.
