Job Title: Highways Lighting Operative (With HGV2)
Base Location: Ealing Depot- London (UB4)
Salary: Up to £31,459 depending on skills and experience and working hours - Time Incentive Management (TIM) Bonus Scheme, plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (37 hours per week). In addition to your salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra through regular overtime and participation in a 1-in-3 on-call rota, which includes standby and call-out payments.

As part of this role, you'll drive a Class 2 HGV to transport street lighting columns, materials and equipment to sites across the contract area. Using the vehicle-mounted HIAB crane, you'll safely lift and position lighting columns ready for installation, working closely with experienced Jointers and Electricians. Once on site, you'll get stuck in with excavation, column replacement and other hands‑on activities, making you an integral part of the team from start to finish.
We can however support the right candidate to achieve any level of industry training/qualifications they may not have in the ‘nice to have’ list
