Salary: Bonuses for training achievement - Care Champion

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to provide person-centred support to people in their own homes in the areas of Haringey N9, N18, EN1 and EN3. Staff will support clients who speak these languages: Turkish, Greek, Kurdish, Gujarati, Urdu, Bengali, Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish , Albanian, Igbo, and Twi .Therefore, we welcome staff with these skills.

The Care Worker will help the individual maintain their independence, dignity, and choice by delivering care that is tailored to their individual needs, preferences, routines, and goals.

Duties may include personal care, meal preparation, medication support, mobility assistance, companionship, and light household tasks.

Good communication, empathy, and respect are essential, along with the ability to follow care plans, record care accurately, and report any changes or concerns promptly.

Previous care experience is welcome; however, full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

We will provide support to help develop your skills through the Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Care.
