Job summary

Care Sante London is expanding its Care and Support Worker team in Haringey. We are looking for compassionate individuals to help vulnerable adults live safely in their own homes and communities.

No previous experience is required, as full training and an induction program are provided. The role offers various shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends) with pay at £13.20 per hour and benefits including holidays, pension and a company phone.

• No previous experience is required but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with mobility and daily activities.
• Support with personal care including washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Help with meals, housekeeping, laundry and light cleaning.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor wellbeing.
• Provide support for end-of-life and other care needs as required.

We have full and part time positions available for, Working shift patterns of:

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 3pm-10pm
• Saturday and Sunday

You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Job Description

• Helping service users overcome any mobility
• Support with administrating medication.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care
