Job summary

You should be physically capable of demanding outdoor and indoor work and able to work well both independently and as part of a team, with a practical, resident‑focussed approach.

Job description

A Ground Maintenance Operative is required to support the local Estate Services Manager in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented communal areas across residential estates. The role will involve carrying out a range of minor internal and external property repairs, supporting cleaning and gardening teams, and responding to residents' needs. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable undertaking physically demanding work and working both independently and as part of a team.

Tools, machinery, uniform, safety boots and personal protective equipment will be provided.
