Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Interim Compliance Contract Lead to manage asbestos, gas and water safety contracts in Gosport. You will oversee contractor performance, risk assessments and monthly contract meetings to ensure targets and KPIs are met.

The role requires strong contract management, knowledge of compliance regulations and the ability to produce clear reports while coordinating with residents and internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos management surveys, gas inspections/testing/servicing and water risk assessment contracts.
• Drive contractor performance and ensure 100% compliance.
• Chair monthly contract meetings, monitor KPIs and maintain actions and minutes.
• Produce monthly compliance performance reports and maintain accurate records.
• Verify contractor invoices against contracts and ensure value for money.
• Liaise with residents, contractors, stakeholders and internal teams on compliance matters.
• Support contract specification and procurement.
• Attend operational and strategic meetings and deputise for the Compliance Manager when required.
• Support the implementation and management of compliance systems and legacy documentation.

Role: Interim Compliance Contract Lead (Asbestos, Gas and Water)

Pay Rate: £355.98 per day PAYE, with flexible paid holiday

Hours: 37 hours per week

Length of Contract: 3 months

Location: Gosport, Portsmouth PO12 1EB

Occasional out-of-hours working may be required.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Interim Compliance Contract Lead to manage key compliance contracts covering asbestos, gas and water safety.

You will take responsibility for contractor performance, ensuring risk assessments and resulting actions are effectively managed and that compliance targets are consistently achieved. You will chair monthly contract meetings, monitor KPIs and actions, oversee contractor billing and support contract specification and procurement activity.

About You

You will have:

• Experience within asbestos, gas and/or water compliance.
• Strong contract and contractor management experience.
• Good knowledge of relevant compliance regulations and requirements.
• Experience monitoring performance, KPIs, budgets and contractor payments.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to lead meetings, produce reports and confidently challenge contractors where required.
• Experience managing substantial compliance data and documentation.
