Barnardo's in Glossop is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will help supervise the team in the manager's absence and contribute to achieving store targets with a friendly, organised approach.

The role offers part-time hours, a permanent contract, and opportunities for training and progression within a large charity retailer.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
