Job summary

Barnardo's in Kings Lynn is recruiting a Store Associate to support the manager in running a busy store and to step in to supervise in their absence. You will be responsible for delivering great customer service, ensuring high presentation standards and helping to maximise sales and profit.

You will be encouraged to learn and develop under an experienced store manager, with progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
