Job summary

Barnardo's store in the UK invites you to join as a Store Associate, supporting the manager to run busy operations and stepping in for holidays. You'll focus on customer service, store presentation and achieving sales targets while learning from an experienced store manager.

You'll be well organised with strong communication skills and have opportunities for training, development and progression within a values-driven charity retail environment.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
