Job summary

Barnardo's in Fareham is looking for a Store Associate to assist with running a busy store at Fareham Locks Heath Community Branch. You will support the manager and step in when they are away, helping to lead a team and drive sales.

The role emphasises strong communication, organisation and customer service as you work to reach store targets and maintain presentation standards.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
