Job summary

TUI Group is hiring a Travel Advisor at the Glasgow Fort Superstore. You will help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products, placing customers at the heart of the business to create unforgettable holiday experiences.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings at peak times, with training on our systems to support you in delivering memorable holidays for our customers.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a passion for travel.
• Willingness to learn to become a destination expert.
• Comfort with selling holidays and handling customer questions.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while helping to sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products.
• Aim to exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
• Adapt to changes and handle customer interactions both face-to-face and virtually.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints confidently when things don’t go to plan.
• Receive training on various systems to enhance knowledge and sell memorable holidays.
