Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Staff Nurse to join an exceptional dialysis clinic in Gateshead. You will provide haemodialysis care within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a permanent full-time role with day shifts from Monday to Saturday. Salary ranges from £32,100 to £37,950 per year, paid monthly. Benefits include 35 days’ paid leave per year.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin.
• Renal/nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of individualised patient care focused on haemodialysis.
• Mentor and assist other team members.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospital trusts.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, users and providers.
• Adhere to clinic policies and participate in updates and reviews.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care.
• Support evidence-based practice and contribute to service evaluation.

A new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Gateshead, Tyne & Wear area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in renal nursing is preferred
• Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
• Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,100 - £37,950 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly.
