Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Staff Nurse for a leading dialysis clinic in Boston, Lincolnshire. This permanent full-time role offers day shifts Mon-Saturdays and a competitive salary (£32,100 - £37,950 per annum) with generous benefits. You will provide high-quality haemodialysis care and contribute to a patient-centered team.

Qualified RN with active NMC pin and dialysis experience preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

• Dialysis experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of individualized patient care in a dialysis clinic.
• Mentor and assist team members within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment according to patient prescriptions.
• Collaborate with hospital trusts and external organisations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, users and providers at all times.
• Adhere to procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in reviews.
• Continuously develop knowledge to maintain high care standards.

An incredible new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in renal nursing is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
• Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
• Able to work effectively within a team

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin + Experience in Dialysis**

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,100 - £37,950 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
