Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment seeks a committed Staff Nurse to join an exceptional dialysis clinic in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear. You will provide high-quality haemodialysis care within a leading UK healthcare provider.

To be considered you must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin. The role is permanent, full-time with day shifts Mon–Sat and benefits including generous annual leave and flexible contracts.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in renal nursing is preferred.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Able to adapt to change within the working situation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

A new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Gateshead, Tyne & Wear area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in renal nursing is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
• Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,100 - £37,950 per annum.This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
