Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join an exceptional dialysis clinic in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered haemodialysis care in a state-of-the-art facility.

You must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin and dialysis experience. This permanent full-time role offers day shifts, Monday to Saturday, and benefits including 35 days’ leave, flexible timings, flexible contracts and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin and dialysis experience.
• Experience in renal nursing preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

An incredible new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin + Experience in Dialysis

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,100 - £37,950 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
