Job summary

Costa Coffee in Farnborough is hiring a Team Leader for 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. You will lead and support the shift, train baristas, energise the team and uphold Costa's standards in service and coffee excellence.

This role requires a reliable, mature team player with strong communication, adaptability and a calm under pressure attitude. Previous team leadership is ideal; ready to step into the role? We offer flexible shifts, a 50% Costa discount and a pension match up to 10%.
