Job summary

Workforce Recruitment Group Limited is recruiting Production Operators for a prominent food manufacturer based in Oldford, Frome. The role involves operating and monitoring production and packing line machinery after full training to meet targets while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Initially starting salary is £31,944 with potential to progress to £38,000 per year. This is a permanent, full-time position with 1.5x pay Mon-Sat and double time on Sundays, 25 days holiday plus BHs,

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided.
• Following full training, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production and packing line machinery while ensuring production targets, food safety and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• This is a hands-on, physically active role within a busy food manufacturing environment.

• Supplying packaging materials to production lines

• Palletising finished products
• Moving finished goods safely into cold storage
