Pulse Personnel Ltd t/a Paramount Personnel seeks a M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative in Exeter to set up temporary traffic lights, man road closures and operate a stop/go board.

Applicants should have Lantra M1/2 (M5 preferred), CSCS card, and be flexible for shifts. Hours are Monday–Friday, days or nights. Pay is £13.00 per hour with 150% overtime and standby payments.

M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative - Exeter

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Exeter area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to carry out work to a high standard

Applicants must have:

• Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)
• CSCS card (Preferred)
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
• Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday , days or nights.

Rate of Pay:

£13.00 per hour

Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights and Saturdays

Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday - Sunday

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

• Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
• Weekly Pay
• Overtime at overtime rates
• No umbrella payments or fees
• Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.

This will start as a temporary role, but will become permanent after 3 months.
