Job summary

Pulse Personnel Ltd t/a Paramount Personnel in Bristol is seeking a 12 A/B Qualified Traffic Management Operative to install, maintain and de-install traffic management on high-speed roads. This is a full-time on-site temporary role with a closing date of 9 Oct 2026.

You will need previous experience, a TTMBC and 12 A/B Lantra ticket, plus a full UK driving licence. Hours are Monday to Friday with days and nights; pay is £13.50 per hour, with weekly pay and accrued holiday from day one.

As our 12AB Operative you will install, maintain and de-install traffic management on high-speed roads.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience installing, managing and de-installing traffic management on high-speed roads.

You will hold a TTMBC, 12 A/B Lantra ticket and have a full clean UK driving licence.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to carry out work to a high standard
• Good communication skills

Applicants must have:

• CSCS card (Preferred)
• 12 A/B Qualification (High Speed)
• Good timekeeping skills
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday , days & nights.

Rate of Pay

£13.50 per hour
