Job summary

Pulse Personnel Ltd t/a Paramount Personnel is seeking an M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative for Ivybridge. Your duties include setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures, and using a stop/go board as part of a busy traffic management team.

Candidates should hold Lantra M1/2 (M5 desired), CSCS card preferred, and a driving licence preferred. The role runs Monday–Friday, days or nights, with PAYE pay and weekly payroll; permanent after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Lantra M1/2 qualification required.
• M5 qualification desirable but not essential.
• CSCS card preferred.
• Driving licence preferred.
• Good timekeeping and flexible to shifts.

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Ivybridge area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of Traffic Management Operative should have:-

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to carry out work to a high standard

Traffic Management applicants must have:

Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)

CSCS card (Preferred)

Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours

Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request

Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday , days or nights.

Rate of Pay:

£13.00 To £13.50 per hour

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

Accrued Holiday Pay from day one

Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)

Weekly Pay

Overtime at overtime rates 150% after 40 hours/nights/weekends

No umbrella payments or fees

Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.
