Qualifications

• Experience in Building Control, Building Inspection or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently.
• Registered Building Inspector, Class 2D–2F+, Class 3G/H or 2F accepted where applicable.
• Prior council experience or 2+ years field experience is essential.
